Gulf Smart Innovations
Gulf Smart Innovations provides engineering, consulting, project management, installation, and technology integration services. As such, returns and refunds are handled differently from retail product purchases.
Payments made for completed consultancy, engineering, design, programming, project management, installation, or commissioning services are generally non-refundable.
Where products are supplied, returns may only be accepted if:
Custom-made, special-order, or bespoke products, including motorized curtains, customized automation equipment, fabricated items, and project-specific materials, are generally non-returnable unless found to be defective.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period after inspection and approval.
If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, Gulf Smart Innovations reserves the right to charge for completed work, engineering, materials ordered, mobilization, and any non-recoverable costs incurred.
Products supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Installation workmanship is covered in accordance with the agreed project contract.
